Electro-Magnetic Fields Causing Leukemia?

April 8, 2009

After spending the past year living just about under some of the largest power lines I have ever seen, I’d believe it.  Some people who are pre-disposed to leukemia may be triggered by EMFs. No one can pinpoint what causes leukemia, but some things stand out, Benzene is another one.

Check out these links to see what you think.

Possible Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields Associated with Electric Power Systems

Ultimately, no one knows what makes the body start producing cancer cells, but it seems to me that living is getting more and more toxic. As I sit in front of my EMF producing computer.

As we use the cell phones, rechargable or disposable batteries, the computer, the plasma screen television, the microwave, and well, any other electronic device we can imagine several things. One, what does the EMF from the appliance do to me, to my child, or to my dog?  Two, where does the energy for this appliance to run come from (most likely a power plant burning coal on someone’s river bank)? Three, what could I do to reduce my usage of this appliance? Remember, electricity is not magic coal miners get trapped while digging it out. Power plant workers before the 1990’s were exposed to PCBs while working with transformers and the like, and now you on the receiving end are being exposed to EMFs. Is it worth it to watch endless hours of American Idol, NFL games or to re-heat a Lean Cuisine (r).

Turning out lights may bring down more than just your “light bill” it could decrease your chances for EMF related health problems. Think about that next time you feel anxious to get something done, and you stick Dora Saves the Snow Princess in the DVD player.

Also dairy 580-590something dairy farms out of 600 had leukemic cows, we did hours and days of research on what could have caused this, and i can see the validity if your claim.

Wow, even the organic farms too? I also point to nursing for two years and my own personal benzene levels getting into her system. Plus, I’ve also heard that roach poison had something to do with it. Who knows really.
