The Morning of Treatment.

January 29, 2009

Isa is getting a bone marrow aspiration.  She cannot eat or drink any food for eight hours before the treatment.  Oh the Horror.  A three year old on steroids who is not allowed to eat.  Isa wailing and rolling on the floor and screaming ” I’m Hungry!”  With a look of a wild rabid animal she corners Papa and demands “Feed me, NOW!”  All we can do is try to comfort her, tell her that it is all the doctors fault, and hide.
